In what formats are transcripts delivered?

We offer delivery in PDF format. Once the transcript is completed, the PDF transcript will be sent to you by email.

How much will my transcript cost?

The transcript is charged at a per-page rate, as set forth by the Judicial Conference of the United States. The cost is based on the delivery time chosen. The faster the turnaround time, the higher the page rate. Another variable to consider in calculating the cost is the length of the audio recording. As a general rule of thumb, an hour-long proceeding will yield approximately 45 pages.

How do I pay for my transcript?

We accept credit card payments, ACH direct deposit, as well as checks. Once we have had a chance to review all of the materials related to the hearing requested, an estimated cost will be assessed and an invoice will be generated and sent to you via QuickBooks. A 100% deposit is required upfront before services will begin. Please note that if paying by check, services will begin once the check is received.
